To access the services for the first time, an account need to be created and validated. The following services are available through this portal.
Licensing: Application and renewal of all licenses to carry out any activity regulated under the Capital Market Act. These include:
Lodge complaints: Complaints relating to any of the matters of capital market business activities.
Reporting obligations: Filing of all reporting obligations by the licensed entities.
Support: Available for clients to submit any issue related to the usage of the system. Used also for licensed entities to update their details held with the authority, including addresses and contacts.
